This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") is intended to inform you about the practices and conditions under which Trijex, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered in the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 903 531 861, with its registered office at 31 avenue de la République, 91260 Juvisy-sur-Orge, France (hereinafter "UnCafé", "we" or "our"), collects, uses and retains your personal data (hereinafter "Data").
This Policy applies to the use of the UnCafé mobile application available on the App Store and Google Play (the "Application") and the website https://www.uncafeapp.com (the "Site"), collectively referred to as the "Platform".
By using our Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not accept these practices, please do not use our Platform.
Our Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended. Any changes will be communicated through a dedicated notification.

1. Data Collected
Depending on your interactions with the Platform, we may collect the following Data:
Identification Data:
- Phone number (used for authentication)
- First name
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Profession
- Languages spoken
- Relationship status
- Whether you have children
- Personality type
- Activities (at home, outdoors, travel)
- Interests
- Profile photos (up to 3)
Payment Data:
- Payment information (credit card number, etc.) is processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe. UnCafé does not store or have access to your banking details.
Technical Data:
- Device identifier for push notifications
- IP address, device type, operating system
- Browsing and Application usage data
Data generated by the use of the service:
- Coffee break reservations
- Match history (acceptances and rejections)
- Conversations via the built-in messaging
- Reviews after meetings
- Reports and blocks
Data collected via the Site:
- Waiting list form: first name, email address
- Partner form: business name, address, first name, last name, email and phone number of the contact
2. How Is Your Data Collected?
Your Data is collected:
- Directly: when you create your account, fill in your profile, make a reservation, exchange messages via the messaging feature or make a payment.
- Automatically: during your use of the Application (technical data, usage data).
3. Why Do We Collect Your Data?

4. Who Has Access to Your Data?
Your Data may be shared with the following processors, strictly within the scope of providing our services:

For data transfers to the United States (Expo), appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
Your Data is never sold to third parties. It is only shared with the processors listed above and only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.
Data visible to other users: Your first name, age, profession, photos, languages, relationship status, personality type, activities and interests are visible to users to whom your profile is suggested as part of the matching process.
5. Security of Your Data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction:
- Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication via Firebase Authentication
- Restricted data access based on the principle of least privilege
- Hosting on secure servers within the European Union
- Access monitoring and logging
You are responsible for the security of your device and your session. We recommend not sharing access to your phone.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your Data is being processed and receive a copy.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete Data.
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your Data.
- Right to restriction: restrict the processing of your Data.
- Right to portability: receive your Data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: object to the processing of your Data, in particular for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

We are committed to responding to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two months for complex requests.

7. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and all your personal Data at any time:
- From the Application: in your profile settings, under "Account & Security", by tapping "Delete my account".
- By email: by writing to [email protected].
Deleting your account results in the permanent erasure of your personal Data, with the exception of data we are required to retain under legal obligations (in particular accounting data, retained for 10 years, and report data, retained for 5 years).
8. Protection of Minors
The Application is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect Data relating to minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, it will be immediately deleted.
UnCafé has a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behaviour involving the exploitation of minors. Any user involved will be immediately banned and reported to the competent authorities.
9. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you via a notification in the Application or by email. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
By continuing to use the Platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Policy.
